Post-Graduate Certificate in Gestalt Therapy in Organisations

General information and rationale:

The post-graduate Certificate in Gestalt Therapy in Organisations programme, is accredited by the MFHEA, MQF Level 7, part-time programme carried out over a timeframe of 1 academic year.

Organisations and Industries are complex relational fields, within which the general well-being of the individuals and of the system as a whole will determine its existence, effectiveness and outcomes. Well-organised companies endeavour to ensure healthy well-being internally while simultaneously relating effectively with the outside world/market.

Working in this field requires an understanding of the complex system of relationships between employees, including formal and informal relations. It also includes understanding how the organisation is part of a wider relational market and that its own effectiveness and survival relies on this too.

This programme offers the necessary learning, knowledge and skills needed to promote relational functioning and well-being within organisations and to diagnose and resolve both developmental and challenging issues that can arise in different types of organisations. The idea is to produce competent specialists able to offer their services on the market.
